1. Who we are
RadarReview ("we", "us") provides local-business reputation and competitor-intelligence tools to merchants. This policy explains how we process personal data under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. For any request, contact the data controller (the merchant operating this account) or us as processor.
2. Data we collect
Account data: your email address, business name and preferences. Usage data: competitor scans you run, reviews and feedback leads you capture, and outreach messages you send (customer name, email and phone that you enter). Billing data: subscription status and Stripe payment references (we never store full card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe).
3. How we use it
To provide the service (radar scans via Google Places, review routing, outreach and CRM), to authenticate you via secure magic links, to manage your 14-day free trial and £9.99/month subscription, and to comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and consent (for optional marketing).
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors that make the service work: Google (Places lookups), Stripe (payments), and our email provider (magic links and outreach emails). We never sell your data.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your profile, leads, reviews and outreach records from our systems.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, rectify, restrict, or erase your data at any time. Use "Export my data" for a full machine-readable copy, and "Delete my account" to erase everything — both are available in the Account menu. You may also withdraw marketing consent and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. the UK ICO).
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language and cookie preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is authenticated with short-lived tokens, and payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
